Terms and Conditions

A credit card is required for online bookings. Your card will NOT be charged. 

By using the services of Infusalounge Wellness Spa (“Infusalounge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Policy:

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled service time. 

For group bookings of 3 or more people, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations. A 50% deposit is required for groups when booking.

Late Arrival Policy:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. You will be responsible for the full-service price regardless of shortened duration.

Health and Safety:

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancies that could affect your treatment when booking. Infusalounge is not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed health information.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 3 days and we will make every effort to address your concerns, including offering a complimentary adjustment appointment within one week.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen.

Prices and Payment:

Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and cash. Gratuities cannot be added to gift certificates.

Liability:

Infusalounge is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.

Right of Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for improper conduct. Inappropriate behavior during a service will result in immediate termination of the service.

Changes to Terms:

Infusalounge reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By using Infusalounge’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We value your business and respect your time. To ensure we can provide the highest quality service to all our clients, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

    • Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
    • No-shows will be charged $50 fee.

Confirmation and Reminders:

As a courtesy, we will send appointment reminders via your preferred method (text, email, or phone). However, you are ultimately responsible for remembering your scheduled appointments.

Repeated Cancellations:

After three consecutive cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future appointments. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with exceptional service.
